HI, girls! I love this! Here are a couple of goals I am hereby setting for myself: I plan to up my workouts from (usually) three times a week to four times. I want to run/walk the 8K with my daughters. I want to lose five pounds by the end of Janyary. There! Now that I've written them down, I feel committed!
I am still trying to come up with spiritual goals, and I will share those when I figure it out. Whatever I do, I'm going to read and pray (especially for the Phillips, Moores, and Millers) every day.
I hope I do this right; I'm learning!
Mom, you did it right! Way to go! Those are wonderful goals, and I'll be interested to hear your spiritual ones once you figure them out.
