Hello, Bright women.
Just wanted to touch base here to hold myself accountable. I unfortunately did not do as well with my clean eating goal as I had intended last week. Friday night Russ & I went to dinner & I ate chips & salsa. Saturday I ended up babysitting for friends who had a death in their family, and the kids & I made cookies. I ate 3 of them. I exercised 4 out of 5 days, although while babysitting we played on a playground, rolled down a steep hill a lot of times, ran up & down the hill, and played tons, so I was physical! But it doesn't count as a workout.
I did meet my other goals.
So this week, I'll try to stay more focused on my goals & not let myself be tempted by obstacles that may come up.

It sounds like you are doing a good job, even if you are falling a little short of your goals. I haven't been doing very well with my goals, but I will recommit for tomorrow (and the days to follow).
