Kelli's December Goals

Hey hey, it's me, Kelli. 
Even though I emailed this the other day, I thought I would also post my goals for December here, so that our stuff is in the same spot. 
The goals:

Food:
I want to eat 100% clean between now & Christmas, with 2 exceptions- my work Christmas party & Russ’s work Christmas party, which are December 11th & 18th

Fitness:
I’m on week 7 of a 16 week workout program, so I want to continue the program through completion.  This includes weight lifting 3X a week, and 2 days of cardio circuits

Personal Care:
Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night (an ongoing goal)
Take a long bath at least once a week for relaxation
